Taekwondo
Taekwondo is a traditional martial art from Korea. The art of kicking and punching helps students develop: balance, strength, coordination but also builds their confidence and self-esteem. Taekwondo not only teaches how to kick and punch, but how to stand up for yourself with self-defense and team-work with competition.

Preschoolers need LOTS of physical activity. Do Your Jang provides great exercise, but in a structured format that introduces a wide variety of skills that builds coordination, balance and confidence.
