Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a stand-up combat sport based on kicking and punching. Our Kickboxing classes are a high intensity workout designed for all levels to join, ages 14 and up. No previous experience needed, just be ready to have fun, learn new skills, and get in shape!
Taekwondo
Taekwondo is a traditional martial art from Korea. The art of kicking and punching helps students develop: balance, strength, coordination but also builds their confidence and self-esteem. Taekwondo not only teaches how to kick and punch, but how to stand up for yourself with self-defense and team-work with competition.

Preschoolers need LOTS of physical activity. Sports Literacy provides great exercise, but in a structured format that introduces a wide variety of skills that builds coordination, balance and confidence.
